COMMUNITY SAMBA PERFORMANCE TEAM
The Sambinhas is our Só Samba Intermediate Community Performance Team. A purely not-for-profit group, the Sambinhas perform at events such as street parades, community events, festivals, Latin dance events and Só Samba events. The Sambinhas is a heart team, dancing for the love of Samba and a team player mentality, sense of integrity and community spirit are all essential qualities for this team.

REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN

An intermediate level of Brazilian Samba no pé
-
Having completed the Intermediate Samba Course or be comfortable at a Samba Drills class level

Genuine love for Samba and commitment to representing the culture with respect and integrity
EXPECTATIONS OF A SAMBINHA

Can commit to attending a minimum of 1 Samba training class per week

Can commit to attending fortnightly 1 hour team training sessions

A team player mentality and respect for team leaders and fellow members
